So, since I'm starting this "new me" & taking a different look on nutrition and health, I decided to add some supplements. NO, I'm not doing steroids! But I do understand that my husband has spread the word that he's now married to a pro wrestler after I decided to invest in a protein powder to help me with getting more toned as well as my overall protein intake. I drink two of these "shakes" a day, mixed with a vanilla soy milk. In the morning with no ice, it's just like chocolate milk. In the evening with ice, it's a chocolate milk shake. YUMMMMMY!
Everyone knows that the best way to get all of the right vitamins and minerals your body needs is through eating actual foods, it's just not realistic. Adding a supplementary protein to your everyday routine is often the best thing especially when if you're a person that's looking into building muscle and cutting fat. When you work out everyday or every other day, you risk the chance of ripping or tearing your muscles in the process without adequate amounts of protein in your body. My shakes serve the highest benefit after a workout, so that the protein can be delivered straight to my muscles right when they've been worked the most.
From reading various reviews and talking to a few knowledgeable people, I've come to realize that whey is the best type of protein to take. (I do all natural because I've also cut out all artificial sweeteners from my diet) Whey is a complete protein with a very high Biological Value. It's got all of the essential, and non essential amino acids that my little body needs... and blah blah blah... LOL

I just realized how much you DON'T care about all this mess I've researched and the like. My point is... plain and simple... I AM NOT TURNING INTO SOME CRAZY MUSCLE (WO)MAN!
My husband is psycho... THIS ---->
is not sexy to me... but, I can guarantee you that by the time I'm ready to run my couple of marathons and get a couple of months into my more routine workouts, I'ma be FANCY!
