I actually am thinking of a plan though.
I spoke before about how I needed google maps to get me going. Well I think I found her! YES SHE'S A SHE!!!!!!
A Soror of mine from high school has a blog that I've been reading off and on for a couple of weeks. She's got me VERY inspired to jump on the good foot and get things going. I'm so happy for the ways that she's changed her lifestyle for the better, and she REALLY looks amazing!
I've done MANY MANY things over the years pertaining to my health. And after my mothers death, it's got me more and more concerned about my own health and what goes in and out of my body. Of course, I want to do things the right away. No more diet pills, fads, quick fixes, or starving myself. I need a lifestyle change.
I'll be eating better, pooping more... and of course keeping up with my regular workouts. I definitely don't short change myself there at least.
I'm starting off slow though. I have to take in 5-6 meals a day. Which is tough for me. I've always associated eating with gaining weight, and I'm SCARED to death of that. So that will be the first thing. But I am aware that in order to give my metabolism a boost, I have to train it to work more. I'll also be taking in more lean meats (lots of chicken, fish, shrimp) and of course veggies. Which I love of course, so hopefully that wont be tough. Then there will be the whey protein shakes... oooooh this is going to be FUN! So, as you can see, I'm excited. I'm always excited to start something new though. And YES! I'm still running my marathon :)
